Client was closed over the Christmas period. A pipe burst in cold weather and flooded his factory. He called me at 1am on boxing day, i came to site for 2.30 am contained the leak. Capped off the pipework, Check the rest of his system was ok. Found and repaired an issue with his heat tracing which led to the initial pipe burst. Assisted to clear the flood water. Check through all machinery that had had water over it drying it out and ensuring it worked before leaving site at 11am.
